Workforce Development Plan

Introduction

The Workforce Development Plan for the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) sector was published in December 2010. It is based on an extensive programme of research and consultation which saw the publication of a Background Paper in June 2009 and a public consultation phase which concluded in September 2009.
