Forbairt Naíonraí Teoranta is an all-Ireland voluntary organisation which supports the promotion of education and care services in Irish for children from birth. It was founded in 2003 as the successor to An Comhchoiste Réamhscolaíochta Teoranta. Foras na Gaeilge and the Office of the Minister for Children, Department of Health and Children provide grant aid to Forbairt Naíonraí Teoranta.

Lucena Clinic is a child and adolescent mental health service, run by the Hospitaller Order of St. John of God Services and funded by the HSE. There is no charge for this service.

OMEP is an international, non-governmental and non-profit organisation concerned with all aspects of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC). OMEP defends and promotes the rights of the child to education and care worldwide; it supports activities which improve accessibility to high quality education and care. OMEP is currently established in over 60 countries and is represented at meetings of UNESCO, UNICEF and other international organisations with similar aims.
